Darn-Cool-Stuff.com Product Return Policy
Damaged/Defective Merchandise Returns
If you receive your product and it is defective (excluding remote control, BB,
and airgun products--see below) or it was damaged in transit, we
will exchange it for another one if we are notified within 3 days of receipt. In
such cases, we will pay for all return shipping costs. Please send us a note at
info@darncoolstuff.com describing
the problem. Include your name, the order number, the item damaged or defective,
and a brief description of the incident. We will send out an Airborne Express
Ground Service return label and a list of drop-off locations in your area. You
should receive this within 3 days. Affix this label to your package and drop it
off at a local Airborne drop box or manned station. We will ship out a
replacement for your product within 24 hours of receiving your return.
Software
There are no refunds issued on software. If you purchase software and receive it
in a damaged or defective state, we will gladly exchange it for another copy if
we are notified within 3 days of receipt. For software exchanges, please refer
to the return instructions outlined above in "Damaged/Defective Merchandise
Returns."
Remote Control, BB, and Airgun Products (Defects)
If you
receive your remote control, BB, or airgun product and it is defective, please do not return
the product to us. You must send the product to the manufacturer. If you return
the product to Darn-Cool-Stuff.com, you will void the product's warranty. If you
have any questions about how to handle remote control, BB, or airgun product defect returns, please

Non-Damaged/Defective Merchandise Returns
You may return any item (software excluded) purchased at Darn-Cool-Stuff.com
within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping). DCS.com does
not pay return shipping costs for non-damaged/defective returns. The product must be returned unopened. If the
product is returned in other than its original packaging or shows visible signs
of use, Darn-Cool-Stuff.com reserves the right to deduct a loss percentage up to
and including the full purchase price of the product. IMPORTANT NOTE:
ALL NON-DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR RETURNS

DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY OF ANY ORDER that you have placed. If you do, it may
be forwarded to the shipping warehouse or to the manufacturer, not to the
returns facility. Accept the order and return it to the address above.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all refused deliveries, which will be
deducted from your refund. If you are unsure how to handle your return, accept
delivery and contact us immediately at

to us safely.
